Getting used to your new glasses may take a few days. If you are intolerant to progressive lenses, we offer a 6-month compatibility guarantee on self-prescribed glasses. (Otherwise, we will exchange your lens system for another one free of charge).

The fitting service as well as the replacement of various small parts is free of charge for our clientele. With our comprehensive warranty (optional), your glasses are insured against breakage, scratches and loss.
