Farine-Optique (Sion)

Farine Optique is a family business founded in 1949 by Louis Farine. Since 1992, it has been run by his son Emmanuel. In 1999, the company joined the Maxivue group, which at the time comprised some thirty stores in French-speaking Switzerland.

Maxivue is a group of independent opticians who guarantee personal contact, individualized advice and quality products, perfectly in line with the company's values.

You'll find a wide range of optical and sunglass frames from prestigious brands such as Chanel, Ray-Ban, Dolce&Gabbana, Marco Polo, Giorgio Armani, Dilem, Zadig&Voltaire, Julbo and many more. Of course, we also offer eye examinations and, in partnership with leading manufacturers, customized contact lens fittings.

Our new premises, acquired in 2011 in a historic building in the old town of Sion, offer an ideal, peaceful setting in which to choose your new eyewear; a visit is well worth your while!
