For example, we can measure the density of your retinal pigments.

When you're out in the sun, we apply sunscreen to protect your skin.
You also need to protect your eyes from harmful blue light.
Our bodies naturally supply us with the pigments needed to protect our retinas, and these pigments protect us by absorbing the blue light that

can damage our retina in the macula region.

However, for a variety of reasons and over time, this level decreases, exposing us to greater risks.
That's why I advise you to have your macular pigment density measured in just a few minutes.
If your pigment level is too low, a change of diet or a supplement will help to raise it.
