Site in TENERO The center of the municipality consists of Canevascini Square in Tenero, around which most of the commercial and administrative functions are concentrated, making the square also the hub of social life. A supermarket and additional stores, on the other hand, are located south of the railway, near the A13 freeway interchange.

In a magnificent area, which stretches from the hill to the shore of Lake Maggiore, there are public infrastructures such as a kindergarten and elementary school, sports fields, a Lido (with swimming pools for adults and children), and a bath-beach. There is also private infrastructure open to the public, such as the National Youth Sports Center and the Matasci Art Gallery, with the Wine Museum.

The Tenero SBB station is a regional interchange for public transportation. Buses to the valleys and the urban line 1, which connects Tenero to the city with a fifteen-minute frequency, pass through it.
